They are responsible for supervising and administering day to day operations in the beverage department and assist other Food & Beverage outlets when needed.
The Beverage Department Supervisor oversees the following areas Cabaret Bar, Cabaret Service Bar, Tree Bar, Restaurant Row Service Bar, Fairway Service Bar, Pool Bar and Pool, Hotel Lobby, Elements, the entire Casino Floor, Golf Course Beverage Carts, Maze Stone Grill and Maze Stone Bar and all of Banquets & Banquet bars at both properties.
